Reiki Session
Reiki is an ancient method of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes natural healing. It strengthens and balances the body, mind and spirit. Reiki is based on the idea that there is a "universal life force" that flow through all of us. Reiki is channeled by the laying of hands over the energy centers of the body allowing your body to achieve a level of deep relaxation that promotes healing within yourself. Reiki can help relieve chronic and acute pain, boost immune function, ease anxiety reduce stress, and increase overall sense of well-being.
